Our newly refurbished village crossroads and footpath was officially opened on Saturday 7th June 2008, by The Mayor of Armagh, Councillor Charles Rollston, and our most senior citizen, Minnie Lenaghan.

This major improvement to our village had been campaigned for for over 15 years, and even after the permission and funding was granted, it took 3 years from the consultation meetings to the final paving stone to be laid, and flowers to be planted.  

The sun shone on this glorious day, and we had a great turnout of local people.
